We came up through the BPO floor, trained by the operators who ran support and back-office for Fortune 500 companies. We hire the people that industry fights over — and then we pay them properly so they stay with you.

The 3pm problem
You're the
bottleneck
and you
know it.
Founders we talk to spend 19 hours a week on work that costs $12 an hour and blocks work worth $500 an hour. Not a discipline problem. A staffing problem.
SYMPTOM 01
Your inbox is a to-do list other people write
Everything urgent, nothing prioritised, three follow-ups deep before you reply.
SYMPTOM 02
Leads go cold in the CRM
Not because they said no. Because nobody chased on day 3, 7 and 21.
SYMPTOM 03
You "do admin" after dinner
The invoicing, the reconciliation, the expense receipts. Every single Sunday.
SYMPTOM 04
Hiring feels worse than the problem
Job posts, 200 applications, contracts, payroll in another country. So you don't.

LANE 07 New
Software delivery & project management
The lane most VA agencies can't staff. Technical project managers who run your build — whether the developers are in-house, freelance, or an agency you're paying too much and chasing too often.
Backlog groomed, sprints run, tickets written properly, releases shipped with notes. You stay the person deciding what gets built, not the person nagging about when.

How it goes
Four steps.
Five days.
01
A 20-minute call, no deck
We map what's eating your week and what a great first 90 days looks like. If we're not the answer, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
02
We shortlist two humans
Not a database dump. Two candidates matched to your tools, your industry and your working hours — with a recorded intro and a scored skills test attached.
03
You interview, you choose
30 minutes each. Pick one, pick both, or send us back to the drawing board at no cost. You never pay to meet people.
04
Week one is run by us
Your ops lead builds the SOPs, sets the daily standup, wires the tool access and reports on week one. After that it's your teammate — we just stay on the hook.
Why trust us yet
No client
logos.
Here's what
we've got.
We're new, and we'd rather say so than borrow someone else's credibility. What we're not new at is running operations — that part took ten years and a very demanding teacher. Judge us on the standards, then judge us on the work.
STANDARD 01
Ten years on the floor
Our founder came up through BPO operations — queue, escalations, quality, workforce planning — trained under a CEO who ran operations for a Fortune 50 insurer and one of the largest payroll companies in the world.
STANDARD 02
Five gates to get hired
Application screen, written communication test, role-specific skills assessment, live scenario interview, reference checks. Most agencies screen for availability. We screen for judgement.
STANDARD 03
Above-market pay, published
Every assistant knows their band and their ceiling. We cap our own margin rather than their salary — which is the actual reason people stay past month nine.
STANDARD 04
Your hours, not ours
Fixed shifts with at least four live overlap hours in your working day. Night differential is a cost we absorb, not one we pass on to you or squeeze out of them.
Client results and quotes go here once we've earned them — asked for in writing, at the 90-day mark, with permission to publish.
Three ways in
Hire them.
Or let us
run it.
Take them onto your payroll outright, let us employ and manage them for you, or start managed and buy them out later.
MODEL 01

Straight answers
The stuff

about to
email us.
How fast can I get a virtual assistant?
Most clients meet two shortlisted candidates within five business days of their discovery call, and start work the following week. Specialist roles — bookkeeping, clinical admin, technical support — can take up to ten days.
How much does this cost?
Depends on the role — and we'd rather scope it than guess in public. Seniority, hours, shift and specialist skills all move it, and so does which model you pick: a one-time recruitment fee, a monthly managed engagement, or managed with a buyout later. Twenty minutes on a call and you'll have all three numbers in writing the next day.
Here's how each model works.
Will my assistant work in my time zone?
Yes. Every assistant commits to a fixed shift that overlaps your working hours — US Eastern, Central, Pacific, UK or Australian — with at least four live overlap hours a day. Night-shift work is paid at a premium we absorb, not one we pass on.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Managed engagements run month-to-month on a short notice period, and if the match is wrong we replace them at our cost. If you'd rather own the employment relationship outright, take the one-time recruitment route instead — or start managed and use the buyout clause later.
How do you vet assistants?
Five stages: application screen, English and written communication test, role-specific skills assessment, live scenario interview, and reference checks with previous clients. Only a small fraction of applicants make it through. We also pay above the Philippine market rate deliberately — that's why people stay.
Can you manage our software development project?
Yes — it's our newest lane. Delivery PMs run sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, ticket writing, QA passes and release reporting, and will chase your dev agency or contractors so you don't have to. To be clear: they manage the process, not the codebase. They're project managers, not developers.
Full detail here.
What about data security and confidentiality?
Every assistant signs an NDA and a data-handling agreement, works from a managed device with disk encryption and a password manager, and gets access through your SSO or a shared vault — never plaintext credentials over chat. We'll sign your DPA and support GDPR, HIPAA-adjacent and PCI-safe workflows on request.
What if my assistant gets sick or takes leave?
Backup cover is included on every plan. Your ops lead keeps your SOPs current so a trained stand-in can pick up the same day, not the next week.

the $12 work.
